The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules to amend the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Rules, 1995, These rules may be called the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Rules, 2013. - Ministry of Finance
the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), originating in, or exported from, Korea RP and Thailand imposed vide notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 123/2008-Customs, dated the 20th November, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 806(E), dated the 20th November, 2008.
