“The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 29th August, 2013, and is hereby published for general information:— THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013 (NO. 18 OF 2013) [29th August, 2013] An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to companies. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—” (Extraordinary Gazette)
