    First published in the Government Gazette, Electronic Edition, on 22 March 2017, and Regulation 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 17 February 2012, and Regulation 4(a) and (b) is deemed to have come into operation on 21 February 2014, and Regulation 4(c) and (d) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2014, and Regulation 2 comes into operation on 22 March 2017; No.S106/2017
