  1. INCOME TAX (TAX INCENTIVES FOR PARTNERSHIPS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

    First published in the Government Gazette, Electronic Edition, on 15 August 2017, and

    (1) Regulation 2(a), (d), (e), (f), (i), (j) and (m) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2011.

    (2) Regulation 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2014.

    (3) Regulation 3(1)(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 24 February 2015.

    (4) Regulation 2(b), (g), (k) and (l) is deemed to have come into operation on 25 March 2016.

    (5) Regulation 2(h) and (n) is deemed to have come into operation on 11 April 2016.come into operation on 31 July 2017; No.S457/2017
